Happy Home is seeking a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator to generate new business and deliver accurate, competitive estimates in residential and light commercial plumbing. You will assess on-site conditions, prepare detailed proposals, and present options to homeowners and managers, closing sales with consultative guidance.

The role blends technical plumbing knowledge with sales acumen, requiring on-site evaluation, clear communication, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 3+ years in plumbing (field, service, or sales) with knowledge of codes and installation practices.
• Proven success in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to scope and price plumbing jobs and explain technical work in plain language.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable using CRM, estimating tools, tablets, and standard office apps.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and leads; maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders, and contractors to drive repeat business.
• Represent the company at events and in the field as a trusted plumbing advisor.
• Prepare on-site estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and permits with healthy margins.
• Present options (good/better/best) to help customers choose solutions within budget.
• Coordinate with service manager/technicians post-sale to confirm scope and execution.
• Track win/loss data and adjust pricing based on market feedback.
• Serve as primary point of contact from first visit through job completion; ensure clear communication.
