Happy Home seeks a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator to represent our plumbing team in the field, generating new business and building lasting relationships with homeowners, property managers, and contractors. You will evaluate jobs on-site, prepare detailed estimates, and present options to close deals while maintaining accurate CRM records.

The role blends plumbing knowledge with consultative selling, requiring comfortable communication on-site in crawl spaces and with clients, plus travel

Qualifications

• 3+ years in plumbing field, service or sales; knowledge of codes and installations.
• Proven success in sales, estimating or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to scope and price plumbing jobs and explain work clearly.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and build relationships with homeowners, managers, and contractors.
• Perform on-site evaluations of residential and light commercial plumbing projects.
• Prepare detailed estimates with labor, materials, equipment, and permits.
• Present options (good/better/best) and close sales.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on proposals to maximize win rates.
