Happy Home is seeking a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator to generate new business and build lasting customer relationships. You will evaluate jobs on-site, prepare detailed estimates and proposals, present options, and close the sale with homeowners, property managers, and contractors.

The role blends technical plumbing knowledge with consultative selling, requiring effective communication and a track record in sales or estimating. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing industry experience (field, service, or sales).
• Proven success in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to scope and price plumbing jobs and explain technical work clearly.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, estimating tools, and field tablets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, managers, and contractors.
• Present options and close sales with clear, honest recommendations.
• Perform on-site evaluations and prepare detailed estimates.
• Coordinate with service teams to confirm scope and scheduling.
