Job summary

Happy Home is seeking a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator who will generate new business, build customer relationships, and turn opportunities into signed work by presenting accurate estimates on-site.

You will evaluate residential and light commercial projects, prepare detailed proposals, and coordinate with service teams. A background in plumbing, sales or estimating and strong communication are required, with local travel and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing industry experience (field, service, or sales) with knowledge of plumbing systems and codes.
• Proven success in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to scope and price plumbing jobs and explain technical work clearly.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and leads; build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial accounts.
• Perform on-site evaluations and prepare detailed estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and permits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact from first visit through project completion and document all interactions in the CRM.
