A/C & Plumbing Doctors is seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to lead our field team while delivering high-quality residential service calls. The role balances hands-on plumbing work with leadership, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction on every job.

You will supervise plumbers and apprentices, assess job sites, review plans, and provide coaching. We value integrity, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with opportunities for growth and leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing supervisor or leadership experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, utilize, and train on manuals, schematics, and control circuits.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of plumbers and plumbing apprentices.

• Address and resolve plumbing-related issues or emergencies promptly.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Provide estimates and quotes for plumbing services.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage inventory of plumbing supplies and equipment.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Order materials as needed and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control for plumbing projects.
• Participate in meetings and provide updates on project status and team performance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven plumbing supervisor or leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems and trades
• Ability to read, interpret, utilize, and train on manuals, schematics, and control circuits
• Technical aptitude with knowledge of local codes and a resourceful, solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in common computer software and general software navigation
• Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Professional, presentable, and takes pride in workmanship
