Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven plumbing supervisor or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and trades.
• Ability to read, interpret, utilize, and train on manuals, schematics, and control circuits.
• Technical aptitude with knowledge of local codes and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate plumbers and apprentices.
• Plan, assign, and review plumbing tasks and projects.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training opportunities.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Run plumbing service calls to support customers and revenue growth.
• Ensure projects and service calls are on time and within budget.
• Read blueprints and codes to ensure compliance.
• Enforce safety protocols and address emergencies promptly.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Provide estimates and quotes for services.
• Manage inventory and ensure tools are maintained.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control.
• Participate in meetings and provide status updates.
