Job summary

A/C & Plumbing Doctors is seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to lead our field team while delivering high-quality residential service calls. The role balances hands-on plumbing work with leadership, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction on every job.

You will supervise plumbers and apprentices, assess job sites, review plans, and provide coaching. We value integrity, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with opportunities for growth and leadership

Qualifications

5+ years of plumbing supervisor or leadership experience.
Ability to read, interpret, utilize, and train on manuals, schematics, and control circuits.
Strong leadership and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate plumbers and plumbing apprentices.
Plan, assign, and review plumbing tasks and projects.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities.
Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
Actively run plumbing service calls to assist customers and generate revenue.
Ensure projects and service calls are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and codes to ensure compliance.
Conduct regular inspections of plumbing work to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
