Sierra Air is hiring a full-time Dispatcher for our Reno, NV location. The role involves assigning service calls to technicians, managing daily schedules, and coordinating with CSRs to schedule and reschedule customer appointments.

A must-have is the ability to maintain clear communication with field staff and customers while staying calm under pressure. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dispatching experience in a service environment, strong data-entry skills, and proficiency with

Formación

• 1 year experience dispatching for a service company.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year customer service experience.
• Ability to accurately enter data into the computer.
• Ability to type 30 wpm.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Assign service calls to technicians and manage technician schedules.
• Schedule customer appointments and reschedule as needed.
• Coordinate closely with CSRs.
• Maintain professional communication with field staff and customers.
