Job summary

Jobot is seeking a General Manager for our Wilmington, NC Plumbing division. This hands-on leadership role directs daily residential plumbing operations, drives revenue growth, and develops technicians while ensuring profitability and high service quality.

You will lead revenue planning, budgeting, and performance metrics to sustain growth. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in plumbing leadership, strong P&L experience, and a proven ability to scale operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in residential plumbing, home services, or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to lead technicians, improve productivity, and drive sales performance.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, revenue, and key performance indicators.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residential plumbing service and installation business.
• Take ownership of branch performance, including revenue, profitability, expenses, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve margins, and expand market share.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including average ticket, conversion rates, technician productivity, callbacks, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop plumbing technicians, service managers, and support staff.
