Mr. Central is seeking a Plumbing Manager in South Carolina to lead our plumbing team and drive sales and service excellence. You will supervise plumbers, manage payroll, schedules, and performance, and work to maintain high customer satisfaction.

With a minimum of five years in plumbing and at least two years managing a team, you will shape a culture of value and safety while leveraging office tech to analyze trends and optimize operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years plumbing experience
• 2+ years managing a plumbing team
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to analyze data for trends and make decisions
• Familiar with using technology systems in an office environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Plumbing activities.
• Hire, Train, and Lead Plumbing Team Members
• Cultivate a dynamic, ethical Sales Culture focused on delivering value
• Manage P&L and budget targets for department
• Conduct coaching and performance reviews
• Oversee dispatchers and ensure correct tech assignments
• Create technician work schedules
• Review and approve department payroll
• Handle customer requests and concerns
• Maintain a positive work environment
• Ensure adherence to company policies
