Veteran Air in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an experienced Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our plumbing service team, coach technicians, and drive operational excellence. This role aims to improve department performance, achieve revenue goals, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork while delivering exceptional service to customers.

You will partner with dispatch, sales, installation, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations and deliver a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• 3+ years of plumbing leadership or management experience.
• Strong customer service and team-building skills.
• Experience managing performance metrics and department goals.
• Proficient with service management software (ServiceTitan preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
