Cooper's Plumbing & Air in Bainbridge, GA, is seeking a Plumbing Manager to own a growing department and drive performance while delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead daily operations, recruit and coach technicians, and collaborate with leadership to ensure quality workmanship and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in plumbing or a related skilled trade.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing operations.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management and field operations.
• Comfortable using technology; ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable job-related screening requirements.

• Improve profitability by managing labor, overtime, materials, and inventory costs.
• Collaborate with ownership to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and improve department processes and workflows.
• Coordinate scheduling and adjust staffing based on demand.
• Ensure quality workmanship, safety, and compliance with plumbing codes.
• Oversee vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational challenges professionally.

What You'll Do
