Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to build and lead a new residential plumbing division from the ground up. You will perform residential plumbing service, repair, troubleshooting, and replacement work while establishing processes and standards.

You’ll recruit, train, and mentor technicians, manage scheduling and dispatch, and work directly with ownership to shape the future of the business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable using technology, experience using Service Titan preferred.
• Organized with excellent follow up skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced working Plumbing Service Manager to help build this department from the ground up.

This isn't a role where you're stepping into an existing department. You'll have the opportunity to help establish processes, serve customers in the field, develop the plumbing team, and work directly with ownership to build a premier residential plumbing operation. As the division grows, you'll play a key role in hiring, training, developing systems, and helping shape the future of the business.

Pay Scale:

$85, 000 - $120,000 per year, Depends on Experience + Bonuses

Work Hours

Monday - Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends during peak demand

What We Are Looking For:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred

• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others
• Advanced communication skills
• Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Workspace
• Comfortable using technology, experience using Service Titan preferred
