Responsibilities

• Schedule service and projects.
• Minor label ordering and tracking.
• Light electronics support with Apple products.
• Invoice via email and fax.
• Some filing.
• Answer multi-line telephones.
• Accept customer payments via telephone or walk-in.
• Data entry and customer follow-ups.
• Soft collections after 30 days.
• Work with purchase orders and payments for materials.
• Scanning receipts and PO tracking.
• Inventory tracking.
