Legendary Home Solutions in Clearwater, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Plumbing Scheduler / Dispatch Coordinator to manage work orders, schedule technicians, and communicate with customers. This full-time role supports daily operations and requires strong multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries, dispatching plumbers, updating client portals, assisting with estimates and invoicing, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling, dispatching, or customer service experience in a skill trade (NOT MEDICAL).
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Professional and positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, property managers, and vendors
• Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians efficiently
• Coordinate appointments with residents, tenants, and property managers
• Enter and manage work orders within our scheduling software
• Monitor technician schedules and adjust routes as needed
• Provide status updates to customers and clients
• Follow up on open work orders and ensure timely completion
• Communicate with technicians regarding schedule changes and job updates
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation
• Assist with estimates, invoicing, and administrative support as needed
• Ensure all client portals are updated with current job statuses
