Job summary

Henderson Engineers is seeking a Plumbing Engineering Manager in Denver to lead a diverse team of engineers and designers. You will oversee project delivery, performance feedback, and resource management, while driving technical excellence and client satisfaction.

You will mentor staff, participate in hiring, and coordinate with sector leaders to align goals with the firm’s standards and growth plans. A PE license and deep design knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering license preferred.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
