Responsibilities

• Oversee department performance and coach staff.
• Lead technicians and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with installation, sales, dispatch, and warehouse departments.
• Address escalated customer issues and ensure long-term resolution.
• Monitor forecasted performance and provide feedback to the Operations Manager.
• Lead weekly technician meetings and coach for safety.
