Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead its HVAC/plumbing division. You will own the division’s operational and financial performance, manage field techs, dispatch, and P&L, while driving profitability and growth.

This role requires leadership to motivate tradespeople, streamline field workflows, and uphold safety and craftsmanship. The position oversees daily operations, pricing strategy, and customer relations, with a focus on expanding maintenance contracts and

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in managing projects in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction science or related fields or equivalent certification with experience.
• Extensive knowledge in HVAC and general construction.
• Valid California Driver License with clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Own the division’s P&L and budgeting to hit gross profit targets.
• Lead and mentor plumbers, apprentices, and office staff for safety and craftsmanship.
• Oversee dispatching, scheduling, and job workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow commercial maintenance contracts and residential plans.
• Serve as final escalation for customer inquiries and project disputes to protect brand.
