Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a General Manager to own the HVAC/plumbing division’s operations and financial performance. You will manage the full lifecycle of the plumbing department—from field teams and dispatch to P&L management, safety, and growth strategies.

The role requires a proven leader who can motivate tradespeople, streamline field workflows, and drive profitability while maintaining exceptional customer relations.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in managing projects in construction or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• P&L ownership: manage division budget, costs, pricing to hit gross margins.
• Lead licensed plumbers, apprentices and office staff; foster accountability and safety.
• Oversee dispatch, scheduling, and workflows to maximize technician efficiency.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow maintenance contracts and market share.
• Serve as escalation point for customer inquiries and disputes; protect brand reputation.
