Job summary

Bee's Plumbing and Heating is seeking a Dispatcher for the Plumbing department to serve as the central hub between customers, field technicians, and internal teams. You will coordinate service requests, communicate across departments, and resolve issues to ensure homes are serviced promptly.

In this role, you will monitor schedules, adjust in real time, and maintain clear records in Service Titan. A fast-paced, customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience.
• Call center experience is highly preferred.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other service-based industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.

JoinBee'sas a Dispatcher for the Plumbing department and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' homes are serviced promptly. As a Dispatcher, you will serve as the central communication hub between our customers, field technicians, and various departments withinthe business operations team.

Work Schedule

We ask for open availability between Monday-Friday: 6:00 am – 8:30 pm, Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 am - 8:00 pm

Our office is conveniently located in West Seattle
