Job summary

RTX seeks a PLM Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of PLM initiatives within the DT PMO. You will align engineering, operations, and DT, develop executive reporting, and shape the PLM strategy and transformation roadmap.

The role requires executive presence, strong PM experience in regulated environments, and hands-on with Teamcenter/Enovia PLM. Hybrid work at major RTX facility with extensive collaboration.

Qualifications

• University degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required to access program information.
• Strong program or portfolio management experience.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end bid processes and vendor delivery.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and pressure in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop executive-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop executable PLM program delivery plan aligned with DT priorities.
• Manage full vendor contract lifecycle from proposal to award.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers for timely delivery.
• Lead complex PLM proposals and business cases for transformation.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and seize opportunities.
• Coordinate across DT, engineering, operations, and suppliers.
