Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a PLM Program Manager to lead end-to-end PLM initiatives within the Digital Technology PMO, orchestrating alignment across engineering, operations, and DT.

You will develop executive-ready reporting, manage vendor contracts, run cross-functional delivery, mitigate risks, and drive PLM transformation in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment, partnering with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree with extensive relevant experience, or an advanced degree with high experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program information.
• Strong program or portfolio management experience in tech/engineering/operations.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Proven end-to-end bid process management and vendor negotiations.
• Resilient and adaptable under pressure.
• Confident communicator who influences senior stakeholders.
• Ability to distill data into executive-ready insights.
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter and Enovia PLM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the executable PLM program delivery plan aligned with engineering, operations, and DT priorities.
• Drive full vendor contract lifecycle from proposal to award and execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers and ensure quality, on-time delivery.
• Lead complex PLM proposals and business cases enabling enterprise transformation and growth.
• Identify and mitigate program risks while seizing opportunities to strengthen customer value.
• Coordinate with DT, engineering, operations, and suppliers for integrated delivery of PLM elements.
• Manage program execution in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment and drive maturity of PLM practices.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders for long-term success.
• Deliver clear executive updates to enable data-driven, transparent decisions.
