Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a PLM data transformation initiative within a multi-year business transformation program. You will oversee multiple workstreams, drive stakeholder alignment, and report to senior leadership from strategy through delivery.

This high-visibility, greenfield initiative requires strong cross-functional leadership, governance, and change management in a fast-paced retail/consumer products environment. Hybrid onsite in Seattle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Program Management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation, modernization, or business process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in retail, footwear, apparel, consumer products, or merchandising is preferred.
• Strong understanding of PLM and product lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning product development, operations, technology, product management, and merchandising.
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.
• Facilitate executive communications and governance reviews.
• Establish governance frameworks and reporting processes.
• Identify and remove roadblocks to ensure successful delivery.
