Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a PLM Program Manager to lead end-to-end PLM initiatives, aligning engineering, operations and Digital Technology priorities. You will shape the transformation roadmap, develop executive-ready reporting, and drive enterprise-wide PLM delivery.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong program leadership, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex engineering and data challenges into actionable guidance for managers and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree or advanced degree with significant program management experience.
• Experience in technology, engineering, or operations environments.
• Proven end-to-end bid and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the executable PLM program delivery plan with strategic alignment.
• Drive full vendor contract lifecycle from proposal to execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers and ensure quality on-time delivery.
• Lead complex PLM proposals and business cases for enterprise transformation.
• Identify and mitigate risks while capturing opportunities to improve value.
• Coordinate across DT, engineering, operations and suppliers for integrated delivery.
• Manage execution in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment and uplift delivery maturity.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders for long-term success.
• Deliver executive updates with clear, data-driven insights for decisions.
