Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a seasoned PLM Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-visibility PLM initiatives within the Digital Technology PMO. This role aligns engineering, operations, and DT strategy, delivering executive-ready reporting and shaping the PLM transformation roadmap.

Qualifications

• University degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in technology, engineering or operations environments.
• Experience managing programs within regulated or controlled settings.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end bid processes and vendor delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the executable PLM program delivery plan
• Drive full vendor contract lifecycle from proposal to execution
• Lead cross-functional delivery and ensure quality and timelines
• Manage PLM proposals and business cases for enterprise transformation
• Identify and mitigate program risks while leveraging opportunities
• Collaborate across DT, engineering, operations, and suppliers
• Oversee hybrid Agile/Waterfall PLM delivery practices
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Provide executive-ready updates with data-driven insights
