Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or technical master) preferred.
• 8–10 years in IT product management or technology leadership.
• Experience with materials management, product data, BOMs, specs, and change control (e.g., PLM, ERP).
• Experience in regulated environments with quality systems, validation, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Materials Management technology solutions for R&D and product development.
• Translate business needs into clear, prioritized product requirements and user stories with stakeholders.
• Lead application of AI, analytics, and automation to modernize R&D platforms and improve decision making.
• Oversee backlog prioritization, release planning, and value realization aligned with digital strategies.
• Ensure regulatory, quality, and data integrity requirements are met in a regulated medical device environment.
• Collaborate with IT delivery teams, architects, and vendors for scalable, secure solutions.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and drive improvements from user feedback and outcomes.
