Johnson & Johnson is actively seeking a Manager, Product Group Engineering to lead PLM initiatives across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to ensure compliant, high‑quality medical technologies from concept through post‑market changes.

You will own PLM capabilities, drive AI and automation to accelerate development, and lead a team of engineers and analysts across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in PLM, engineering systems, or R&D IT.
• Experience in regulated environments such as medical devices or life sciences is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage PLM product group engineering activities across R&D and product development from concept to post‑market changes.
• Own PLM platform capabilities, configurations, integrations, and roadmaps for cross‑functional needs.
• Apply AI, analytics, and automation to modernize R&D platforms and accelerate product development.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable PLM solutions and governed processes.
• Ensure PLM solutions comply with regulatory, quality, and data integrity requirements.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers and analysts with coaching and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality, usability, and efficiency across PLM processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and system partners for delivery and support.
