Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) within the DePuy Synthes technology organization. You will lead PLM capabilities across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing, driving AI-enabled analytics and end‑to‑end product lifecycle support.

This role partners with IT and business teams to ensure compliant, efficient processes that accelerate development from concept through commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Masters degree (MS or MBA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM product group engineering activities across R&D and product development from concept to post‑market changes.
• Own PLM platform capabilities, configurations, integrations, and roadmaps for cross‑functional needs.
• Apply AI, analytics, and automation to modernize R&D platforms and accelerate product development.
• Translate business and engineering requirements into scalable PLM solutions and governed processes.
• Ensure PLM solutions comply with regulatory, quality, and data integrity requirements.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers and analysts with coaching and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement to data quality, usability, and efficiency in PLM processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and system partners for delivery and support.
