Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end ownership of the PLM technology platform across the product lifecycle.
Define and execute the PLM strategy and roadmap with R&D, Quality, and IT.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into PLM solutions.
Lead platform enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure PLM solutions meet regulatory, quality, cybersecurity, and data governance requirements.
Manage vendor relationships, service delivery, and budgets.
