Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Laboratory Systems & Data Platforms, to lead the strategy and governance of core laboratory technologies across DePuy Synthes R&D. The role partners with IT, Quality, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions for ELN, LIMS, and data platforms.

The candidate will oversee requirements, roadmaps, and lifecycle management while driving adoption and value realization across global teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, IT, CS, Data Science, or related field with 7–9 years of related experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a regulated industry, enterprise applications, digital products, laboratory systems, or scientific data platforms.
• Experience leading or governing applications, product roadmaps, portfolios, demand, or cross-functional governance across multiple sites or functions.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlogs, and delivery plans.
• Experience with ELN, LIMS, and related laboratory technologies.

• Define and maintain the product vision, multi-year roadmap, governance model, and lifecycle for laboratory systems & data platforms.
• Own demand intake and translate user needs into requirements, backlog, and milestones.
• Lead release planning, adoption planning, training coordination, and value realization.
• Manage lifecycle processes, incidents, changes, performance monitoring, and reviews.
• Partner with IT, Quality, Cybersecurity, and vendors to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.
