Requires deep PLM, Windchill, and agile delivery experience. The ideal candidate will steer cross-functional engineering squads, ensure scalable and compliant PLM solutions, and partner with business and quality

Qualifications

• Strong experience in PLM/SAFe agile environments.
• Proficiency in Windchill PLM and enterprise integrations.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM product and technical leadership across architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
• Define and execute the PLM technology roadmap and platform enablers.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimize the PLM ecosystem.
• Lead data migration, quality, and cutover strategies preserving history and traceability.
• Drive SAFe ceremonies and agile delivery with cross-functional teams.
