Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a results-driven Manager, Product Group Engineering, PLM to lead the strategy, architecture, delivery, and lifecycle management of enterprise Product Lifecycle Management capabilities for DePuy Synthes. You will guide PLM across Windchill, data migrations, and regulatory-aligned processes in a fast-paced MedTech environment.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, translating business needs into PLM capabilities, and ensuring scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Python, C++, SQL, PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Alteryx, Databricks, Jenkins, Denodo, Tableau, AWS Redshift, S3, Lambda, API Gateways.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM engineering squads for application development, configuration, integration, testing, migration, and production support.
• Define scalable PLM architecture, data models, workflows, and deployment patterns.
• Govern integrations between PLM and ERP, MES, regulatory, quality, analytics, and supplier systems.
