Johnson & Johnson is seeking a results-driven Manager, Product Group Engineering, PLM to lead strategy, architecture, delivery, and lifecycle management of enterprise PLM capabilities for DePuy Synthes. The role requires experience with Windchill PLM, regulated development processes, and cross-functional leadership across engineering, quality, and manufacturing.

You will guide platform strategy, analytics, and data migration while ensuring scalable, compliant solutions aligned with business

Competenze

Experience with Windchill PLM and regulated product development.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering squads in SAFe environments.
Strong knowledge of PLM integrations, data migration, and data governance.
