Johnson & Johnson is actively seeking a Manager, Product Group Engineering, PLM to lead the strategy, architecture, delivery, and lifecycle management of enterprise Product Lifecycle Management capabilities for DePuy Synthes. The role requires deep experience with Windchill PLM, regulated product development, data migration, and enterprise integrations.

You will direct cross-functional engineering squads and align with quality and manufacturing stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant PLM

Formación

• Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, SQL, PL/SQL for PLM solutions.
• Experience with Windchill PLM and enterprise integrations.
• Strong SAFe, PI planning, and agile delivery experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional engineering squads.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, data migration and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional PLM engineering squads in development, integration, and deployment.
• Define platform architecture, data models, and workflows for PLM.
• Drive PLM roadmap, modernization, and technical debt reduction.
• Collaborate with ERP, MES, regulatory, quality, and analytics teams.
• Facilitate PI planning, sprint planning, and release governance.
