Branch Metrics, Inc. is seeking a PLG Growth Marketing Manager in Mountain View to drive the self‑serve revenue engine from signup through paid conversion.

You will run a high‑velocity experimentation program, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and RevOps, and optimize onboarding to shorten time‑to‑value. You’ll own paid acquisition, SEO/AI search, and low‑cost growth tactics while exploring new channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or PLG/self‑serve environments.
• Proven ability to improve funnel metrics (signup, activation, conversion) via experiments.
• Strong command of A/B test design, statistical significance, and result interpretation.
• Hands‑on experience with paid acquisition (search and social) with CAC accountability.
• Experience with organic growth (SEO, content, AI/answer‑engine search) and high‑intent landing pages.
• Fluency with AI tools for growth (content, personalization, analysis, experiments).
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data to ship growth initiatives.
• Solid grasp of PLG metrics (activation, time‑to‑value, expansion).
• Excellent written communication and the ability to tell a data‑driven business story.
• Bias for action; ship experiments and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the self‑serve funnel end to end — signup, activation, and free‑to‑paid conversion.
• Plan and run paid acquisition across search and social with budget discipline.
• Lead organic acquisition strategy for self‑serve — SEO, AI search, content, high‑intent landing pages.
• Test scrappy growth tactics across communities, referrals, and product‑led virality.
• Design and execute high‑velocity experimentation (A/B & multivariate) across funnel stages.
• Optimize onboarding and time‑to‑value to reach activation faster.
• Leverage AI tools to generate copy, variants, briefs, and insights.
• Instrument the funnel with Product/Engineering and build dashboards.
• Turn product/data into insights, identify drop‑offs, size opportunities.
• Align in‑product, email, and on‑site messaging for the self‑serve journey.
