Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or PLG/self-serve environments.
• Proven track record of improving funnel metrics: signup, activation, and conversion through experimentation.
• Strong command of A/B test design, statistical significance, and result interpretation.
• Experience running paid acquisition with accountability for CAC, ROAS, and downstream conversion.
• Knowledge of organic growth methods: SEO, content-led acquisition, and AI/answer-engine search.
• Fluency with AI tools for growth and marketing work.

Responsibilities

• Own the self-serve funnel end-to-end, including signup, activation, and free-to-paid conversion.
• Plan and run paid acquisition across search and social channels, managing budget and CAC payback.
• Lead strategy for organic acquisition: SEO, content, and AI search.
• Test scrappy, low-cost growth tactics across communities, referrals, and product-led virality.
• Design and run high-velocity experimentation (A/B/multivariate) across acquisition, activation, and monetization.
• Optimize onboarding and time-to-value to accelerate activation.
• Instrument funnels with Product and Engineering, define key events, and build dashboards.
• Turn product and behavioral data into actionable insights and prioritization.
