Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own customer acquisition for its self-service business. This role leads a distributed team, partnering with Product, Marketing, Web and Documentation to deliver high-impact acquisition programs, activation, and conversion.

You’ll report to the General Manager, Self-Service and drive strategy and hands-on execution across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of growth marketing experience in B2B enterprise SaaS.
• 3+ years building and leading teams.
• Experience with product-led growth (PLG) alongside enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

• Set growth strategy and quarterly targets for trial starts and conversions.
• Build and lead a distributed team of growth marketers.
• Own paid acquisition across search, social, display, and emerging channels.
• Develop lifecycle marketing programs for activation and trial-to-paid conversion.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Web, and Documentation to optimize funnels.
