Job summary

Zoom is hiring five dedicated PLG Marketing Leads to own organic growth for high-priority AI products, reporting to the CEO org. This is an individual contributor role at the intersection of product marketing, organic growth, and AI-native content creation, with no paid activation budget.

The role focuses on content, SEO/AEO, social, and conversion optimization to drive discovery and sign-ups, using AI tools across the full content workflow and coordinating with product, design, and marketing

Qualifications

• 8+ years PLG experience in product marketing, content marketing, growth marketing, or social content.
• Strong product instincts to identify user problems and translate into product stories.
• Practical fluency using AI tools for research, scripting, demo creation, video editing, and content iteration.
• Experience creating and publishing end-to-end product videos, demos, and social content.
• Understanding of how audiences and content formats differ across major platforms.
• Proven ability to build from scratch content channels and distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of Zoom's productivity products and their advantages.
• Translate product positioning for PLG audiences with outcome-focused value.
• Own end-to-end content creation and publication across demos, tutorials, and social posts.
• Use AI tools across the content workflow for rapid iteration without sacrificing quality.
• Own acquisition and sign-up funnel with repeatable content and distribution engine.
• Optimize landing pages and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates.
• Execute SEO and AEO content to boost organic discoverability.
• Create platform-native content across X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
• Track engagement signals and use findings to improve content and CTAs.
• Partner with Online Marketing on email campaigns and in-product activation.
• Collaborate with product teams to keep stories accurate and moving with development.
