Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a senior Product Analytics leader to own PLG measurement and executive reporting. You will define KPIs across acquisition, activation, engagement, monetization, retention, and expansion, and establish a reliable source of truth for PLG performance.

Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership, you will drive growth, quantify opportunities, and redesign analytics workflows around AI-first principles to deliver data-driven guidance at the highest level.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills.
• Strong statistical and experimentation knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale analytical initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Experience translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders through data and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the measurement framework for ZoomInfo’s PLG motion, including acquisition, activation, engagement, monetization, retention, and expansion.
• Establish the company’s source of truth for PLG performance, including KPI definitions, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Identify behavioral patterns, friction points, and conversion barriers in the customer journey.
• Influence product investment and roadmap decisions by quantifying opportunity size and evaluating tradeoffs.
• Redesign analytics workflows around AI-first operating principles and automated systems.
• Act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to align teams around growth priorities.
