Zoom is seeking a Product Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate AI-powered product adoption across ZoomMate, My Notes, Webinars, AI Productivity Suite, and ZVA. You’ll own experiments, content, and storytelling across social channels, partnering with product and design to turn features into user-focused narratives.

The role favors hands-on execution, startup-like spirit, and comfort with AI-driven analytics. Remote US or hybrid options enable flexible work arrangements for a remote-ready team.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in growth or product marketing with measurable social results.
• Startup-level initiative and ability to operate with little guidance.
• Hands-on AI-generated content, workflows, and analytics experience.
• Social media native with depth across multiple platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Reddit).
• Bias toward rapid action; comfortable in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Clear and impactful written, verbal, and visual communication.

Responsabilités

• Run growth experiments from idea to measurement, ownership of launches and next moves.
• Engage where users are: TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, communities.
• Create content that stops scrolls: short-form video, posts, blogs, threads.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to tell product stories.
• Use AI tools and analytics to speed up workflows and decision making.
• Monitor funnel metrics and conversion signals; optimize quickly.
• Represent user perspective in launches, campaigns, and strategy.
