Zoom is hiring five dedicated PLG Marketing Leads to own organic growth for its AI products. This individual-contributor role blends product marketing, organic growth, and AI-native content creation, with no paid activation budget.

You’ll shape discovery and adoption through content, SEO/AEO, social, and CRO, reporting into the CEO org. You’ll own end-to-end content—from demos to social posts—while employing AI tools to accelerate quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PLG experience in product marketing, content marketing, growth marketing, or social content.
• Strong product instincts: identify important user problems and translate into clear, credible product stories.
• Practical fluency using AI tools for research, scripting, demo creation, video editing, and content iteration.
• Demonstrated ability to personally create and publish end-to-end work: product videos, screen-recorded demos, and social content.
• Strong understanding of audiences, content formats, and distribution across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
• Track record of launching and growing content channels or distribution systems with measurable results.
• Comfort with rapid experimentation and scrappy execution.
• Experience at AI-native, SaaS, productivity, or creator-product company is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop deep working knowledge of Zoom's productivity products and their real advantages.
• Translate product positioning into PLG-focused messaging that emphasizes user problems and outcomes.
• Own end-to-end content creation and publication—from demos to social posts and web copy.
• Use AI tools across the full content workflow from research to iteration.
• Own acquisition and sign-up funnel; build a repeatable content and distribution engine.
• Optimize landing pages, signup flows, and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates.
• Execute SEO and AEO content to improve organic discoverability and drive qualified traffic.
• Create and distribute platform-native content across X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
• Track engagement, trial, subscription, and adoption signals to inform content and CTAs.
• Partner with Online Marketing on email campaigns and in-product activation.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing teams to keep product stories accurate.
