Refresco in Greer, SC is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced production team. You will diagnose, repair and optimize automated equipment, PLCs, and control panels, ensuring safe, reliable production and process quality.

Expect to perform preventive maintenance, assist with upgrades, document changes and train colleagues in PLC basics. Strong troubleshooting and teamwork are essential in this role within a busy beverage manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Three+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Rockwell Maintainer or equivalent certificate preferred (must be obtained within 24 months if not held).
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs required.
• Electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and participate in troubleshooting during equipment failures with the production team.
• Maintain and upgrade production equipment; interface with machine tools and test modules.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC/automation issues; calibrate and test equipment.
• Assist with PLC upgrades to optimize production efficiency and safety.
• Modify programs for process needs or safety improvements; document changes.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs and programming changes.
• Train team on basic PLC functions and troubleshooting.
