Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Process Controls Engineer to drive continuous improvement and lead automation upgrades for production lines. You will be an expert in PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and servo systems, configuring Ethernet networks and developing SQL Server solutions.

Training and mentoring of technicians will also be a key part of the role. The role requires advanced control theory knowledge, robust PLC programming skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams on

Qualifications

• Requires diploma or degree in Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Rockwell PLC, VFD, HMI, and Servo programming experience.
• RSLogix and FactoryTalk Studio proficiency.
• Knowledge of DeviceNet and Ethernet I/P.
• Remote communication and I/O systems experience.
• SQL Server experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve automation system issues; identify root cause.
• Perform predictive maintenance analysis on production equipment; issue PM work orders.
• Analyze performance trends and drive improvements.
• Lead automation upgrades and disaster recovery strategies.
• Design and implement process control strategies to optimize production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new automation technology.
• Support capital projects and system upgrades.
