Job summary

Refresco in Greer, SC seeks a Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced food manufacturing line. You will maintain and upgrade equipment, troubleshoot PLC/automation issues, calibrate systems, and help implement safety improvements across the plant.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, AB PLC experience, and the ability to train others on PLC basics. Working hours include varied shifts with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Three (3) plus years’ experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs required.
• Electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Maintenance Skills Assessment will be required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, safety policies, and PPE requirements.
• Lead troubleshooting during equipment failures with the production team.
• Maintain, test, and upgrade production equipment; install new equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC/automation issues and calibrate equipment.
• Train team members on basic PLC functions and troubleshooting.
