Job summary

Refresco Brand is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment. You will diagnose issues with PLCs, hydraulics, and electrical systems, and act quickly to minimize downtime on the line.

The role requires at least 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read safety and maintenance manuals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong Electrical/Electronic troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose breakdowns using PLC, electrical and mechanical skills.
• Act as first responder to line stoppages and coordinate with technicians.
• Support food safety and quality programs to ensure compliance.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders and spare parts.
