Qualifications

• 3 years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance guidelines and OSHA policies.
• Experience with PLCs, electrical systems and control hardware.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plant control systems, PLCs, motion controllers, HMIs and electrical systems.
• Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, manuals, schematics, and blueprints to maintain and improve equipment uptime.
• Set-up, configure, program, modify, and improve PLC programs.
• Document actions and communicate issues during daily pass down discussions.
• Provide 2nd level technical support to plant electricians and technicians.
• Support and implement capital projects as per yearly schedule.
