Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System in Savannah, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain complex electrical and mechanical systems across production equipment, applying CNC, hydraulics, and control knowledge to keep lines running.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electrical and mechanical maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, and experience reading schematics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance.
- Experience with plant electrical systems and equipment.
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Responsabilités
- Inspects equipment, logs test readings, and maintains or replaces parts.
- Read blueprints and schematics to determine assembly methods.
- Align and assemble components with hand/power tools and fixtures.
- Operate metalworking machines to fabricate parts.
- Repair and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Review instructions to plan fabrication and testing.
- Install and troubleshoot mechanical components and controls.
- Investigate failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure lockout/tagout safety procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with engineers to resolve malfunctions.
