Job summary

Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System is seeking a Maintenance Technician to apply electrical and mechanical expertise to test, diagnose, repair and modify complex machinery and control systems in our facility. You will work with engineers and outside contractors to ensure production lines stay on line, read schematics, and perform preventive maintenance and calibrations.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in electrical/mechanical maintenance, PLC exposure (Mitsubishi preferred), and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the electrical and/or mechanical maintenance field.
• Experience in electrical installation and maintenance on plant electrical systems and equipment.
• Experience in mechanical installation and maintenance on plant systems and equipment.
• Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Test, diagnose, repair and modify developmental or operational machinery and control equipment.
• Inspect and maintain electrical and mechanical systems to ensure uptime.
• Collaborate with engineers and outside contractors for troubleshooting.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine assembly and repair methods.
