Job summary

The Modoc Nation of Oklahoma is seeking a friendly Players Club Representative for The Stables Casino. You will deliver customer service at the front desk and on the casino floor, handle data entry in the player tracking system, and promote the Players Club through membership enrollment and card issuance.

You will explain card operations, participate in promotions, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining guest confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• 1–2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain Modoc Nation Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at front desk and on the casino floor.
• Enter players into the player tracking system accurately.
• Promote and explain Players Club benefits and how to join.
• Assist guests with membership applications and account setup.
• Explain card use at slot machines and print player cards.
• Inform guests about current and upcoming promotions and drawings.
• Scan driver's license to capture guest photo and details.
• Describe bonus points, rewards, and tier levels.
• Work as part of the team to ensure a smooth operation with strong service.
• Maintain confidentiality of all guest information.
