Job summary

Pawnee Tribal Development Corporation in Pawnee, OK seeks a friendly Guest Services Representative in the Marketing department to greet guests, collect player club information, and ensure accurate records. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Players Club Coordinator and supports promotions and guest service standards.

You will walk the floor to engage players, announce promotions on the PA, update contact details, and help maintain a lively, compliant gaming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills including word processing and databases.
• Two years of similar experience and excellent guest service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a pleasant, courteous, and enthusiastic manner.
• Register guest information for the players club.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and train staff on current promotions.
• Identify and report problems that affect the operation of the players club and promotions.
• Walk floor to solicit players club members and explain benefits.
• Make regular announcements on the PA system to promote promotions and events.
• Obtain and maintain updated customer information including addresses, phone numbers, and emails.
